If you are looking for lighting fixtures for your power plants, you can choose our line of lighting products. All our power plant lighting fixtures are very efficient and DLC qualified. We have a range of high-temperature models (up to 190°-F) that can easily replace your 400-W and 1000-W metal halide lights.

Four major issues we solve at The Lighting Center

1. High-temperature from steam generation

80C or 176F
90C or 194F

Most power plants make use of power-generating turbines, which in turn generates steam. Mostly, steam is created by natural gas, coal, or nuclear energy. Due to the high-heat intensity in these power plants, a normal LED fixture will not last since they can only handle an ambient temperature up to 50°C (or 122°F).

We will provide you with two lines of floodlights and high bays that are tolerant to high temperatures and can be used in such working environments.

Option 1: Rated to 80°C (or 176°F)

Option 2: Rated to 90°C (or 194°F)

2. LED with high power capacities

Replace 400W HID
Replace 1000W HID

We have a ride range of high-powered security lights, yard lights, high masts, floodlights, and high bays. All of these products can replace your high-pressure sodium fixtures and metal halides. Our light solutions are powerful and efficient and will offer a wide distribution.

3. High-Voltage capacity of a maximum of 480V

100V - 277V
277V - 480V

If you wish to replace fixtures with voltages ranging from 277V to 480V, you can make use of our LED lighting solution. Our drivers can easily handle from 100V to 480V, with our standard driver reaching between 100V and 277V. Additionally, we provide single and 3-phase power as well. For more assistance, you can get in touch with our sales engineers to take care of the lighting situation.

*Options available for 480V high voltage

As mentioned above, our higher voltage settings can easily handle single and 3-phase 480V installation. For voltages above 277V, you can contact our sales engineers for the right driver.

We provide ETL and UL retrofit that can easily replace your mercury vapor fixtures, HPS, metal halides, and fluorescent lighting. You can easily convert them into LED, thereby saving a lot of energy, documentation, and engineering studies.
