new L.E.D. Step Lights provide crisp, glare-free illumination to
demarcate steps, stairwells, and corridors for both interior and exterior
applications in hospitals, nursing homes, limited healthcare facilities,
schools, hospitality venues, offices, public and private buildings of all kinds.
Model Description: Vista Lighting's L.E.D.
Step Lights are designed to provide 25 years of virtually maintenance free
illumination on a mere 5 watts of power. Each back-box unit is shipped ready for
installation and houses 16 advanced-technology, super-bright white L.E.D. lamps
in a dual row configuration to illuminate both the riser and the step platform.
All lamps are individually replaceable for quick and efficient maintenance. The
slim, slanted louver faceplate shields glare while remaining visually and
physically unobtrusive to the space.
Optical quality tempered glass or polycarbonate
lenses protect the L.E.D. lamps from moisture and debris to maximize
performance. Vista Lighting's L.E.D. Step Lights are UL and CUL listed
and meet NFPA (National Fire Protection Agency), OSHA, NEC and all state and
local codes for aisle/step marking.
Construction & Finishes: Vista's L.E.D.
Step Lights feature a steel box housing designed for ready application into
wood or steel stud walls. The exterior model uses a corrosion-resistant die cast
aluminum housing, and is equipped with an extruded silicone weatherproof gasket,
to allow the same reliable, energy efficient illumination for poured-concrete
installations and wet location uses. The cast aluminum faceplate on both models
may be specified in black or white chip- and corrosion-resistant finishes
standard; custom colors may also be specified.
